Born in Rock Springs, WY, Amber Cummer has spent most of her life in Iowa. Since her childhood—when her family bought an Apple IIGS and she was introduced to the wonders of Sabotage and Ms. Pac-Man—Amber has loved computers.

And with a father who was the technology director for the local school district, the importance of computers was instilled in Amber and her older brother, Brandon, at an early age.

Having been raised in a family that valued technology, it’s only natural that Brandon has been so willing to harness it to help his clients. But he needed help managing the databases and marketing, so he turned to someone he knew was tech savvy and also understood the importance of technology—his sister.

Amber started off working on small projects; marketing became part of her job as the business grew. A lot of her work involves customer relations and keeping track of clients, other agents, vendors, and the other people involved in real estate transactions.

Like Christian, Amber’s tasks are behind-the-scenes, keeping Brandon Green & Associates on schedule and organized. Amber works remotely from Iowa maintaining the database, managing the website, and exploring marketing opportunities. Brandon, Veronica, and Troy are able to be so responsive because of Amber and Christian.

As for her hobbies, it probably comes as no surprise that Amber enjoys real estate. Before she bought her first house she spent two years scouring the market for her dream home. And even now she stills goes to open houses, just to admire the property and get ideas for her next purchase.

So while Amber has a vested interest in helping her brother, her job as database and marketing manager is a great fit for someone whose interests include both real estate and computers (although she keeps the Ms. Pac-Man games to non-working hours).
