Coming from a family of builders in a city renowned for some of the world’s most interesting architecture, it’s no surprise that Veronica Seva works in real estate.

In Barcelona, Spain, where she grew up, Veronica’s parents have worked in construction and real estate all of their lives. Some of Veronica’s earliest memories are of helping her father with bricks, cement, and tiles (in accordance with local labor laws, of course). In addition to teaching her about houses and building, this experience instilled in Veronica the importance of providing great service.

As with Brandon, architecture dazzled Veronica at an early age. Only instead of rustic farmhouses in rural Iowa, she was staring at the bohemian designs along Las Ramblas and Antoni Gaudi’s fantastical creations, notably Park Guell.

Veronica holds real estate licenses for Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. She is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), which allows her to understand her extensive international clientele.  She knows the specific differences that one will experience between the USA and their country of origin throughout the buying and selling process.  With her vast knowledge of different countries and cultures, Veronica will make you feel like you are working with someone from your native country.  She can also facilitate international transactions, specializing in Spain (of course), other Western European countries, and Central and South America.  For her international clientele, Veronica helps to locate suitable properties and local realtors with whom to work.  She loves facilitating - and experiencing - the cultural exchange that comes with working in international real estate.

Having been involved with her parents’ construction company since 1985 and their real estate business since 1998, Veronica has great insight into helping her clients. She literally knows about buildings from the bottom up.

For her international clientele, Veronica helps locate suitable properties and local realtors with whom to work. She loves facilitating—and experiencing—the cultural exchange that comes with working in international real estate.

Veronica enjoys working with all types of buyers and sellers.  Whether it is a first major investment, or a final move for life,  helping people find their dream house is Veronica’s favorite part of being a realtor. “I love when they are excited about it. I like to see them happy.”

Veronica graduated from the University of Barcelona, Spain, with a degree in labor law, and has worked for Deloitte & Touche. She is fluent in Spanish.

Having lived in the United States for a while now, Veronica enjoys living in the DC area, where the ability to walk everywhere reminds her of her hometown.

Feel free to contact Veronica, not just with your real estate questions, but also if you want any information about Barcelona, Gaudi, or any aspect of her native Spain.
